Welcome to Gresham’s Regional Center

The mission of the Gresham Downtown Development Association (GDDA) is to stimulate economic development within Historic Downtown Gresham and Civic Neighborhood, otherwise known as Gresham’s Regional Center, by assisting property owners and persons conducting business within the Association’s area in the planning or management of development or improvement activities.

GDDA is the managing agent for the Gresham Regional Center Transportation Management Association (GRCTMA) and our efforts are focused on these primary goals:

1. To decrease demand on the regional transportation system,
2. Increase awareness of transportation options, and
3. Create options and strategies that improve non-single operating vehicle access for employees and businesses of the Gresham Regional Center.

Both Historic Downtown and Civic Neighborhood offer an abundance of opportunity for tourists and locals alike.
